What are HealthPods?

HealthPods are 12-month cohorts for high-performing individuals like you, who want to make lifelong changes to optimize health, enhance quality of life, and maximize longevity. Despite access to concierge doctors, advanced diagnostics, and fitness professionals, even high-performers often struggle to develop a personalized framework for health and integrate it into daily life.

Joining a HealthPod helps you take action to reach your health goals by providing a strategic plan that leverages scientific guidance, an execution framework that drives consistent progress, and peer-based support and accountability that keeps you on track as you build lifelong habits and make lasting change.

How do HealthPods work?

When you join a HealthPod, you will be placed in a cohort with three peers and a coach. HealthPods meet weekly and follow a structured program that guides you from assessment through transformational, lifelong improvement. Perhaps the biggest advantage of HealthPods is the cohort-based approach, which ensures you are never alone throughout the process, with fellow team members providing accountability, sharing challenges, and celebrating wins as you take action to achieve your goals.

How is the program structured?

The program is structured to build awareness, knowledge, and skills week-over-week. Concepts introduced each session can be immediately put into practice. This occurs across four distinct phases:

  • Benchmarks: Establish a data-driven baseline.
  • Objective Setting: Define goals for your future self.
  • Active Implementation: Take action using a vetted playbook.
  • Habit Integration: Change behaviors for lifelong success.

How Can I Join?

The first step is to schedule a 1:1 discussion using the form above. Because the core of the experience relies on the quality of the cohort, we maintain strict criteria for all members.

Joining requires a meaningful commitment of both time and resources. This is a 12-month commitment, and you must be able to dedicate an average of one hour per day to your health objectives. The financial investment is comperable to executive coaching, covering the program, cohort facilitation, and resource mapping. This program is for individuals who are accustomed to high levels of personal and professional achievement and are ready to apply that same discipline to their health. Presently, we are only working with U.S. based individuals.

Are You a Healthcare Provider?

No, we are not a medical provider. We do not have in house doctors, trainers, dieticians, or physical therapists. We can act as the strategic layer to ensure you maximize any investment you make with specialists. Should you need access to specialist practitioners, we can also help to connect you.

Hi, I'm Kayne Burk. Three years ago, I embarked on a deep dive into health and wellness. Born from my own need to reclaim my health, my exploration has transformed into a desire to help others do the same.

Like many of you, I've experienced the demands of a high-pressure career. For years, my health was an afterthought. I ate what was convenient, didn’t sleep as much as I should have, and went to the gym when I could. A few pounds crept on each year, and I convinced myself it was normal. Then, work, family, and an injury accelerated the path that I was on, as I gained 30 pounds and saw my cholesterol, blood pressure, and metabolic risk indicators move into high risk territory.

I decided that I needed to make a substantial change. I spent the next two years immersing myself in research, speaking with experts, and experimenting. I committed to understanding the science of health, and more importantly, how to build long term habits that integrated into my life. I didn't just want to get back to my old self; I wanted to build a sustainable foundation for lifelong health.

In the process, I transformed my own health and started to feel great again. But the most significant outcome was the realization that I could spare others the challenges of trying to make changes alone. My goal is simple: to provide you with curated knowledge, resources, and support that you need to achieve your health goals, within the constraints of your life.
